WTF? Yo, Yo, Yo...wad up in da class of '70? represent, my homies!! Oops, I teach high school during the day (anyone see THAT coming???) and I was channeling my alter ego, 'Mr. Gizzle'. If teaching high school is a surprise, I'm also a full time instructor in the evenings at Belmont Abbey College. And I still play sax any chance I get. Any of awesome Flora musicians still have any skills? Wanna jam? I figure we need to bust a move before a 50th reunion at which we might bust a hip! Anyone inrested holla at ya boy and we throw down. Damn, cuz, I be chanlin dat mofo agin! fo' shizzle! |

Hello everyone! Great job on the website! I wish we had it years ago to keep up with everyone. Kudos to the committee for organizing the reunion. I will be there! Haven't missed one yet and have enjoyed all of them. Looking forward to seeing eveybody. Question: Wasn't Larry Hartley in our graduating class? I think he was suppose to be class of 69 but graduated with us. He is now deceased. It's sad to read the list of those no longer with us. See you in May! (Lord Willing) Billy |

I have a son registered for the AC Flora ten year reunion this spring. My three daughters are AC Flora graduates. What do you have to do to get over high school? A big thanks to all the organizers of this 40th reunion & to my good friend Henry Finch who's kept me in the loop over the past 4 decades and made sure I knew about our 40th as he did the 30th, 20th and 10th. I've been living in Scottsdale, AZ for the past 15 years, retired from the Apparel/Textile Industry after 38 years of trying to stay one step ahead of China. Hi, all, I have lived in California for nearly 20 years with my husband of 38 years Karl. Our daughter is working on her Ph.D. She and her husband are doing field work in Berlin, Germany for the next 18 months. I am a social worker and Karl is a CPA. Life is good here in the Golden State. I will not be able to attend the reunion, but would like to keep in touch with my classmates. |
